A monorepo without the pain

#Monorepo#CI#Architecture
People love to warn you about monorepos: slow builds, tangled dependencies, scary CI. Almost all of that is a tooling problem, not a fundamental one.The two things that make or break a monorepo are caching and boundaries. Get affected-only builds working and your CI stops rebuilding the world. Draw clear package boundaries and dependencies stop tangling.Start small: one app, one shared package. Add structure only when a real seam appears. A monorepo should grow into its shape, not be architected up front.
